Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains how PODI JUNCTION (“Podi Junction”, “we”) collects and uses your personal information when you visit podijunction.com or buy from us.

What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email, products bought, and order notes.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Waitlist (“Notify me”) and messages: name and phone/email you give us, and what you ask.
• Website usage: basic technical data (device, browser, pages visited) collected through cookies, only with your consent where required. See our Cookie policy.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, send order updates, prevent fraud, meet our tax and legal record-keeping duties, and — only if you agree — send you news or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the shop, each for its own task:

• Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery), GoDaddy (website hosting), our email provider (order emails), and our internal order-management system.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (generally 8 years). Waitlist details are deleted when you ask or once the product is available and you’ve been told.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use HTTPS encryption, trusted providers and limited access to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps.
