Shipping policy

We currently ship within India. Orders are prepaid online at checkout; we do not offer cash on delivery.
Dispatch. Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or other events outside our control can happen; we’ll help you track the parcel.
Shipping charges. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and shown before you pay. It is not included in the product price.
Tracking. Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS.
Address. Please enter a complete address and a reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or the recipient couldn’t be reached, we can re-ship it at the customer’s cost for the extra shipping.
Damaged parcel. If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, please take photos before opening and contact us (see Returns & refunds).
