These terms apply to purchases from podijunction.com, operated by PODI JUNCTION, Bobbili Empire, Jayabheri Lane, Kompally, Telangana 500014 (FSSAI Reg. No. 23626056000063). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. Nutrition values marked “preliminary” are calculated estimates until laboratory testing is complete. Please read the ingredient and allergen information before buying.
Prices. Prices in India are shown in rupees as MRP inclusive of all taxes. Shipping is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
Orders. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock, delivery or fraud reasons; if we do, the amount paid is returned to you.
Payment. All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Returns, refunds and cancellation. All sales are final: no returns, no refunds and no cancellations once an order is placed. Damaged or wrong items are replaced (see Returns & refunds). See also Shipping & delivery. Both pages form part of these terms.
Use of the website. Don’t misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our content, logo, photos or packaging design without written permission. All brand assets belong to Podi Junction.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
