Returns and refunds
Because Putnala Podi is a food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your order details before placing your order.
This policy does not limit any consumer guarantees, statutory rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to your order.
Damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, defective, unsafe, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, that may include a replacement or refund.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, label, and outer packaging. An unboxing video is helpful if available. Do not send food products back unless we give you return instructions.

Order cancellations
